Assists in planning, coordinating and executing programs with some guidance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides support for the creation, coordination, and execution of the program.
Assists in budgetary management for the program(s).
Set up Didactics classes.
Coordinate audio/visual for conference rooms/conference calls
Coordinate Education Schedules.
Assist with Addiction HUB scheduling.

Required:
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred:
Strong project management skills; experience in healthcare operations preferred.
Skill with spreadsheets, project management tools, and databases is needed. Must be thoroughly familiar with MS Office.
Must be analytical and organized; able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Solid customer service skills are needed as well as the ability to work successfully as a member of a team in a large organization.
Must pay particular attention to detail and deadlines
