Not-for-profit, community hospital affiliated with a large Maryland health system
Traditional practice model that includes outpatient and inpatient pediatrics
Half day of clinic on inpatient rounding days
Inpatient weekday call and weekend call is rotated 1 in 5 weeks
Bilingual in Spanish, required
