Clinical Care Operations (CCO) is the hub of patient management for the campus, providing relief staffing to our clinical departments. RNs in CCO are utilized to support the clinical needs of multiple departments, including ICU, Progressive Care, MedSurg, PACU, Medical Imaging, ED, and more. As a Resource Team RN, you will float to at least two areas of expertise within these service lines. Several employee groups report into this department, including the Resource Team (RNs, NAs, PCAs, and HUCs), RN House Senior Managers, SWAT RNs, and non-clinical roles (Transport, Staffers, Dispatchers, Placement Reps, and Spiritual Care). Full-time night shifts available (36 hours/week, 12 hour shifts). Holiday availability required. You will also have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential. As an added bonus, RN's on the Resource Team receive a $2/hr incentive on top of base pay. Interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. Interacts with other health care providers in numerous settings in order to report and ask for or clarify information. Also works with clergy to provide spiritual support. Synthesizes and prioritizes data from multiple sources to provide support for the human response of the patient and family to changes in health status.
