Robotics/Oscopy: Three robots making St. Lukes one of the largest robotic programs in the Northwest

Orthopedics: Specializing in robotic joint surgery, pediatric orthopedic procedures, sports medicine, and orthopedic trauma

Neurology : Neurosurgery with BrainLab and Stealth technologies, craniotomies, subdural hematomas, aneurysms, and fusions of the cervical and lumbar spine

Schedule: Full time 4 (10) hour shifts based on surgery schedule. Some call required.

Unit Summary

The Boise OR is St Lukes Health Systems largest operating room and the Treasure Valleys pediatric trauma center. With 17 operating rooms we serve all specialties except for CVOR and L&D, with more than 200 surgeons across four specialty teams General, Neuro, Ortho, and Oscopy, including robots and patient populations ranging from newborn to geriatric. We also have protocols in place to help us provide surgery safely to patients testing COVID positive. Staff work all kinds of shifts to cover the local populations surgical needs with an innovative call team for most nights and weekends.
