Job Responsibilities:

• Care for birth - 21 years of age
• Ranging from checkups, vaccinations or care for a chronic illness

Job Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Pediatric experience as a provider preferred
• Current license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
