Our Neonatologists will work collaboratively, continuing these efforts to deliver exceptional care in the hospital's NICU.
Midland Memorial Hospital in partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Neonatologist to join our newest program. The team in Midland will consist of two Neonatologists providing coverage in this level II NICU
- 18 beds between Level II
- Average 2300 deliveries annually
- Average daily census of 9
- 2 MD model, in house coverage during the day, call from home
- Current level II NICU with plans to develop into level III
- Plan to decrease gestational age and higher acuity admits to unit over time
