Position Summary

SIGN ON BONUS for those qualified candidates who are hired with PCH based on years of experience!!! Recruiter will share bonus information/qualifications during interview. We care for surgical patients in all specialties, including General, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiac, Transplant, ENT, Plastics, and Urology. We are a Level I Trauma program. Responsibilities include functioning in the OR Circulating role. OR, Pediatric OR experience, Level I Trauma experience, Pediatric Cardiac experience and CNOR certification preferred. This is a full time position night shift (additional 15% shift diff), Friday, Sat, Sun, 6:30 PM- 7 AM; AND, weekend incentive of an ADDITIONAL $10/hr!!! NO CALL!!! NO new grads, please.

This position will work in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards.

Education

• Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program. (Preferred)

Certifications

• Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required)
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association or obtain within within 60 days of employment. (Required)
