St. Rose Dominican Hospitals in the Las Vegas and Henderson markets are working to solidify our cardiovascular, vascular and thoracic programs with the goal of becoming the premier CVT program in Southern Nevada and surrounding areas. We are looking for high quality vascular surgeons to join us as we build the most comprehensive heart program in this region. Our combined Las Vegas-area hospitals perform an average of over 550 cardiac, 350 vascular and 150 Thoracic procedures per year. With over 3,250 annual Cath Lab procedures and 1,000+ EP procedures, St Rose has already established itself as the epicenter of high quality care. The opportunity:
- Join our highly skilled team of surgeons at our Heart and Vascular Institute at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals of Las Vegas
- Collegial staff and providers
- Experienced APP support
- Tenured and well-trained hospital surgical staff
- Contracted Anesthesia group on site
- Work collaboratively with heart and vascular teams including IR, NIR and Interventional Cardiology.
- Opportunity to develop and lead the program, including the development of a dedicated vascular lab
- Strong preference given to surgeons with 3+ years of post-training vascular surgical experience
- Ideal candidates will be able to provide full spectrum and complex vascular care, including:
- Vascular disease
- Carotid disease
- Aneurysm repair
- Endovascular interventions
- Venous disease
- Dialysis access
- Trauma care
- Qualified applicants will be board certified in vascular surgery
- Participate in vascular call; no general surgery call
