Position Details:

• Full-time, weekends, 3x12s (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• 100% Inpatient
• No Call
• Patient population: Pediatric general surgery and trauma, Newborn - age 18
• Currently:  10 physicians and 12 advanced provider in the practice
• Key responsibilities: Pre and post operative management of pediatric surgical patients and caring for patients involved in traumatic injuries.  Will rotate in ED trauma one responses.
• Ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, have ability to work independently and collaboratively, very patient-centric with time and care of patients and place a high emphasis on productivity and efficiency

NP Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• FNP or PNP certification required
• PICU of ED experience preferred
• Must have Pediatric experience
• Open to New Graduates with relevant course work/rotations.
