IHA and St. Joseph Mercy Health System has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner who is trained in Palliative Medicine to join an Interdisciplinary Team located in southeast Michigan.
The selected Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals as part of the Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Team. This position will provide Palliative Care Services in both the inpatient and outpatient environments. The selected Nurse Practitioner will also participate in teaching activities for a variety of learners rotating with the Palliative Care service.
Minimum required qualifications:
- Successful completion of an accredited NP program
- Master's Degree
- State of Michigan License
- Active and Current DEA

- ACLS and BLS Certification
- Trained in Palliative Medicine
