Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) has an excellent full time employment opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a robust clinic-based practice located in Caldwell, Idaho.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multispecialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician. The physician will have the options to practice Obstetrics and Endoscopy privileges are available, if desired. The Family Medicine physicians at this clinic are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of family practice patients. This busy multi-specialty clinic employs family medicine, pediatric, occupational medicine and urgent care providers and is conveniently located adjacent to HCA West Valley Medical Center.

The schedule for this opportunity is full time, Monday – Friday with no less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time weekly.  The call for this opportunity is currently 1:24 shared with other eligible members in the SAMG Department of Family Medicine.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Have successfully completed an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program
• Be Board Certified through the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) or American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) (or will obtain such certification within 3 years of employment) 
• Be eligible to obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases including valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy and a DEA.
