Position Highlights:

• Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment

• Procedures include, but not limited to: simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUD’s, etc.

Required Qualifications:

• Unrestricted licensure in the state of (Connecticut) at time of employment
• BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine
• Active and unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain prior to star

Connecticut Residents Only: The salary range for Connecticut residents is $225,900 to $315,100.
