We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated Orthopedic Spine Team in the Indianapolis area! 

Position Details:

  • Full-time, Day shift
    • Monday - Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p
    • No weekends or call 
  • 50% Inpatient, 50% Outpatient   
  • Team includes 2 physicians and 1 advanced provider
  • Patient census of approximately 45/week
  • Privileges at IU North, Methodist, & Saxony Hospitals
    • Other potential locations include Goodman Hall & Methodist Medical Plaza North 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outpatient clinic evaluation of new and return patients. 
  • Inpatient evaluation/rounding
  • Surgical first assist in the OR 
  • Preoperative Phone Calls 

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible 
  • ACNP, AGNP, FNP, or PA certification required
  • Candidate must be motivated, proactive and have strong communication skills  
  • Candidate must have the skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • APP experience in orthopedics, spine and/or surgery preferred 
  • If new graduate, clinical rotation in Orthopedics/Spine required
