This collegial group, located just 20 minutes outside Sioux City, is seeking another BE/BC Family Medicine provider to take over a retiring physician's patient panel and to help keep up with patient demand.

Position Details:

Heavy outpatient family medicine practice with obstetrics

1:10 call

No ED coverage and no C-sections are required, low-risk deliveries only - group is delivering ~120 babies per year

Exceptional work-life balance with a true 4-day work week 8AM-5PM

Two dedicated clinical support staff to help optimize clinical efficiency and patient-provider interaction

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary guarantee plus quarterly wRVU bonuses ($62.40/wRVU)

$250k signing bonus paid upon signing

6 weeks PTO plus 6 paid holidays

Full comprehensive health/dental/vision benefits, CME allowance, $12K relocation stipend, malpractice with tail coverage, and more
